Aureum Finance has just completed a complex funding structure for 20 apartments in Berkshire for which we sourced an equity partner, development finance and VAT loan to assist with the purchase and joint venture.
There were some additional challenges due to the current climate however, we worked closely with our client and the lenders to overcome these issues and we appreciate the hard work of all parties that helped bring the deal to completion.
