We are pleased to have completed on a facility for a legal trust acting on behalf of a charity which provided the client with a significant saving on their existing facility.
This type of borrower does not suit the majority of lenders so we were pleased to assist and we thank the lender and their team for the proactive approach which resulted in a smooth transaction in the current climate.

Aureum Finance Had a Great End to The Week
Aureum Finance were out for another site visit this week to see our client and their team’s progress with their 23 unit development in Billericay, Essex.
As you can see the show home is complete and has generated a strong interest with 50% of the plots already reserved off plan!
We are always pleased to assist our clients with the funding for their developments and it is great to get back out on site and see the plans coming to life.
