Aureum Finance is pleased to have completed funding for the conversion of an existing church to create 5 contemporary canal side apartments.
There were some additional challenges due to the current climate however, we worked closely with our client, their solicitor and the lender to overcome these issues and bring the loan to completion.

We really enjoyed seeing the progress on site today visiting a development of 23 units in Essex which we funded earlier this year.
Also great to see our board up for all to see too!
Aureum Finance recently completed a bridging loan for our client in order to meet a tight deadline. The client had exchanged contracts to purchase a greenfield site with outline planning permission for 30 dwellings and had to meet the completion date or forfeit the site and exchange monies.
We arranged a loan and were even ready to complete a day early!
